Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe Provided by Vancouver Chiropractor

Another healthy and delicious treat. 🙂

3 large ripe avocados
¼ cup cocoa powder
6 Tbs coconut milk
1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut oil
2 Tbs agave nectar or honey

1. Combine ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
