A former highly competitive and provincial level athlete, Jennie has turned her passion for health and fitness into pursuing a career in Holistic Nutrition. She is a firm believer in a holistic, individualized approach to helping people achieve their health goals.
Jennie is particularly interested in sports nutrition, supporting athletes with performance and recovery. She holds track and field records and still enjoys running, hiking and cycling.
Being plant-based herself for almost 10 years, Jennie specializes in whole food recipes and a plant-based approach to nutrition. She offers 1:1 nutritional counselling and guidance, addressing unique body needs and concerns. Jennie genuinely loves creating individualized meal plans to fit busy lifestyles and even provides meal prep services.
From a small town in Ontario, Jennie’s passion for travel and adventure has led her to many different places where she became fascinated with different cultures and foods. Jennie loves to educate people on the diversity of food and the beauty of using nature as medicine. She wants to spread the word that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing taste, time or money.
She has always been also known for her love of reading and writing, which led her to a degree In English and Creative writing. Jennie ultimately wishes to combine her 2 great passions of health and writing to complete a wellness and cookbook in the future.
