I get a lot of pain in my left forearm from brushing.
I brush with left arm low on the broom, also consider myself above average sweeper, lots of pressure on the broom handle.
I also get the same pain from golfing as well.
What sort of exercise can I do before and after a game.
Should use ice and heat on the muscle for relief.
I use Voulteran as well.
