TIP of the day- FANS
Now that the summer weather has arrived, here is something to keep in mind.
TIP: Place an oscillating fan at the end of the bed or use a celing fan. Do not place a fan on only one side of the bed or without oscillation. The objective is to cool the air in the room, not you directly. If you have cool air blowing on only one side of the bed or at the end of the bed and not oscillating, you run the risk of cooling down one side of the body more than the other. This may result in torticollis, or "wry neck". Also, consider having a cool soak prior to bed to help generally cool the body. This may contribute to a more comfortable night's sleep.
Enjoy the sun!
